The objective

The Zoomall.gr customer needed an eshop that would not only reflect the high end nature of their products, but reflect their own brand values, uniqueness and speciality of what they do.The main goal was to attract new visitors and increase the conversion rate.

Website Design

One of the key requirements of the website was to design and develop it responsively. Having been looking closely on the Google Analytics wwe knew that over 40% of customers were viewing the site using a smartphone or tablet. Since launch, the site has provided an impressive 800% increase in mobile visits, allowing customers to purchase from any location, using any device.

Eshop’s Development challanges

Data import and migration

• The client had all the information regarding products in .xls and .txt files and we had to devise a way to import this data to the eshop’s backend.We created a plugin that would import into the NopCommerce database data from .xls and .txt files.

Customise checkout process

• We implemented various customisations in the checkout page

Integrate with chat system

• We integrated the eshop with Zopim live chat system
